FAQ

Questions patients often ask

How do I book an appointment?

Use the “Book an Appointment” page: choose the reason for your visit and a day, add your details, and you get a booking reference straight away. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp on 01016240203.

Is the visit at a set time?

Booking is by day, and patients are seen in order of arrival during that day's clinic hours.

What are the clinic hours?

Sunday and Monday 8–10 PM, and Thursday 6–8 PM. Up-to-date hours are always shown on the booking page.

What should I bring to the first visit?

Any previous X-rays, tests or reports about the problem, and a list of the medicines you take. For deformity or limb-length problems, full-length limb X-rays help if you have them.

Does the clinic see children?

Yes. Pediatric orthopedics is one of the clinic's main specialties. A parent should attend with the child and bring any previous X-rays.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call, quote your booking reference, and we'll change it for you.

What should I do after a recent fracture or injury?

Recent injuries are emergencies: go to the nearest emergency department first, then book a follow-up at the clinic.
